Delft, March 2024 – Qlayers recently welcomed industry professionals from around the world to its headquarters in Delft for an exclusive in-house demonstration event.

Attendees from South Korea, Nigeria, Belgium, the UK, and the Netherlands experienced firsthand how Qlayers’ robotic technology is transforming industrial tank coating processes. The event was a dynamic exchange of ideas and innovations, featuring insightful presentations, live demonstrations, and engaging discussions. Key highlights included:

• Technology Presentations – Qlayers’ team shared insights into the latest advancements in robotic coating technology and provided an exclusive look at upcoming innovations for floating vessels, dry dock environment and wind turbine (wind turbines, wind towers, monopiles, transition pieces)
• Live 10Q Robot Demonstration with its latest feature – A standout moment was the live demonstration of the 10Q robot in action, The demonstration showcased its precise and efficient spray-coating capabilities with virtually no overspray, emphasizing its role in improving speed, safety, and coating quality.
• Sustainability Booth – As sustainability is a core priority at Qlayers, we set up a dedicated booth where guests could assess the environmental impact of their operations using the 10Q robot compared to their current coating methods.
• Real-Time Data Dashboard – Guests gained insight into performance metrics through a live dashboard displaying data collected from the 10Q robot, offering insights into performance metrics and optimization possibilities.

By bringing together asset owners, coating contractors, and equipment providers, Qlayers reaffirmed its commitment to innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in industrial surface treatment.
