ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. This multi-faceted role involves providing excellent front office support, assisting with sales activities, and contributing to business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently
  • Support the Sales Team in identifying potential clients and generating leads
  • Assist the Sales Managers in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on strategies and progress
  • Manage the lead-to-quotation process, including creating, delivering, and following up on quotations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business growth strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Support the creation of business proposals and marketing plans
  • Identify trends and customer needs to drive sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.

We are looking for

 

Professional qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or internship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar Sales and Marketing platform
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
